Lil Za has been arrested for the second time while he was still in jail, according to TMZ.
Justin Bieber‘s close pal was just minutes away from posting bail, but he decided to smash a phone in the jailhouse.

As a result of his actions, he is now being charged for vandalism, which could lead to a felony charge based on the cost of the phone.
In case you missed it, Lil Za was arrested for drug possession while police were raiding Justin‘s house after his egging incident.
