While Tuesday evening for many of us after a long day at work equals a cobbled-together dinner and a couple of hours on the sofa devouring ‘Trust Me, I’m a Doctor’, to Kate Moss and her celebridee pals any night of the week can be Saturday night.

Last night, Croydon’s finest modelling export showed that, despite being 40 and partying hard for the past 25 years, her appetite for raucous merry-making hasn’t been supressed as she feted the 50th anniversary of members-only club Annabel’s in Mayfair.

She was joined by fellow night owls and clotheshorses Suki Waterhouse and Poppy Delevingne; Radio One’s Nick Grimshaw and bestie Harry Styles; The X Factor’s Mel B and Noel Gallagher and his wife Sara. The evening consisted of a screening of the celebratory documentary A String of Naked Lightbulbs at the Curzon then onto the club for dinner and more.

To set the record straight, the event wasn’t fancy dress themed – Moss just donned what looked like her most fabulous set of pyjamas to take in the sounds of legendary performer Grace Jones.

The dusky pink, polka-dot trousers and co-ordinating, showgirl-esque tasselled shrug stayed on all evening, but her sensible rollneck didn’t. After getting close with renowned womaniser Styles at the dinner table, Mossy was getting messy in the DJ booth with Fat Tony, pretending to spin some tracks with her leopard-print Stella McCartney bodysuit on show.

Annabel’s has played host to many famous faces, from Joan Collins to Queen Elizabeth II, since Mark Birley established the world’s first members-only club half a century ago. Being able to let one’s hair down in the upmost privacy is still a major appeal of Annabel’s, and we’re lucky to catch a glimpse of what Moss and co actually get up to in the basement enclave.
